Historic Values Voter Presidential Debate Today

NOTE: I don't normally post stories about the presidential campaign, but I think this one is interesting.

Sept. 17 /Christian Newswire/ -- The Values Voter Presidential Debate, that is being held later today at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, may very well choose the pro-family candidate for Values Voters to rally behind.

Host Committee members include Phyllis Schlafly, Paul Weyrich, Don Wildmon, Mat Staver, Rick Scarborough, and Janet Folger.

"Unlike other straw polls where candidates have bussed in supporters or paid for their tickets, forty national leaders hand selected more than 600 delegates who accurately represent America's largest voting block," said Mat Staver, Chairman of Liberty Counsel. "This will be the most important straw poll yet."
