Psychiatrist Seminar For Students

The aspiring psychiatrists from various colleges were attending their first seminar on emotional extremes. "Just to establish some parameters," said the professor, to a student, "What is the opposite of joy?"

"Sadness," said the student.

"And the opposite of depression?" he asked of a young lady from another college.

"Elation," said she.

"And you sir," he said to the young man in the back of the room, "how about the opposite of woe?"

The student replied, "Sir, I believe that would be giddy-up."
